Use this form to add your small groups event to the church calendar. 

Small Group Event

Use this form to request that a church wide event be added to the church calendar. This form should only be used for events that are open to the entire church. For example, Vacation Bible School, Church Prayer Service, etc. Small Group Events are added using the Small Group Event form.
